Next Wednesday in the basilica at ul. Kawęczyńska in Warsaw’s Praga district will sound The Passion according to St. John J.S. Bach. The concert is also an opportunity to support Agatka, a cancer patient.
On Wednesday, April 4 this year, The Warsaw Stage Society organizes a concert during which the Passion according to St. John J.S. Bach. The concert will be attended by well-known Warsaw soloists: Aleksander Kunach, Artur Janda, Joanna Krasuska-Motulewicz, Tomasz Raff and Justyna Samborska. They will be accompanied by the Bemowska Symphony Orchestra Camerata Viva and the Choir of the Warsaw Stage Society. The artists will perform under the baton of Lilianna Krych.
During the concert, a fundraiser will be held for the treatment of little Agatka suffering from brain stem cancer. More information about the girl can be found on the www.agatka-pomoc.pl website.
The Passion Concert will take place on April 4 this year at 19.00 in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus at ul. Kawęczyńska 53 in Warsaw. Admission.
