We cordially invite you to a concert of French music, which we will perform on Sunday, June 7, at 7.30 p.m., in the church of Pw. Our Lady of Perpetual Help at ul. Alfred Nobel 16 in Saska Kępa. The event is financed by the Praga Południe District Office.
Saska Kępa in Praga Południe, with its modernist architecture, ubiquitous greenery and numerous French community, is an ideal place to perform the works of the most famous composers of French music, drawing inspiration from painting, religion and poetry.
The programme includes : Le Tombeau Sonata in C minor for violin and harpsichord by Jean-Marie Leclair, O Salutaris Host by Pierre de la Rue, Quatre Motets sur des Thèmes Grégoriens by Maurice Duruflé and Trois Chansons by Claude Debussy. The following will perform: Zofia Endzelm – violin, Jakub Dmeński – harpsichord and the Choir of the Warsaw Stage Society conducted by Lilianna Krych. The concert is financed by the Praga Południe District Office.
